Martinez, Schwimmer has reportedly gone under the knife for a breast augmentation, lip enhancement and nose job, according to the UK's Daily Mail. Schwimmer reportedly traded her size B chest for a D cup size.
But Schwimmer's Hollywood transformation hasn't helped her land the coveted "DWTS" Mirror Ball trophy. The blonde bombshell and partner Chaz Bono -- who is no stranger big transformations, himself -- landed in 7th place on the most recent season.
